The Orange Ribbon Campaign was started in Minnesota over four years ago by the PR committee of the Minnesota Chapter chaired by Liz Bedard.
The SVN Board of Directors voted to adopt the idea, encouraging all members to conduct campaigns in their local areas.
Jody Bittrich, and Teri McLaughlin share some ideas here that have been developed for SVN members to adapt as appropriate in their individual communities.
